स्वर्ण जयंती आश्रय योजना: Himachal Pradesh government has started HP Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojana 2021 for scheduled caste beneficiaries. The state govt. will invite HP Swarna Jayanti Aashray Yojna online registration / application form. People from SC category will have to apply for this housing scheme to avail benefits. HP Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojana 2021 Apply
Himachal Pradesh government has taken several positive steps to improve standard of living besides providing basic amenities to the people of the State. In the last year budget speech, CM Jai Ram Thakur had announced Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojana. This was widely appreciated. Due to COVID, implementation of scheme got delayed. Reaffirming the commitment of HP state govt., CM Jai Ram Thakur proposed to sanction 12,000 houses with basic amenities during 2021-2022. Last year, this number was 10,000.
CM mentioned in his budget speech “Under Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojana, 12000 beneficiaries will be provided houses equipped with all basic facilities. By 2022 all eligible applicants of SC category will be provided house”.
Swarna Jayanti Aashray Yojana Online Application / Registration Form
Just like other housing schemes such as PM Awas Yojana (at central level), the state govt. of HP may invite Swarna Jayanti Aashray Yojana Online Application / Registration Form. The HP Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojana 2021 apply online process may begin at the Himachal Pradesh govt’s official website http://himachaldit.gov.in/ or at a new dedicated portal. The complete registration process for स्वर्ण जयंती आश्रय योजना would be known only after its official launch.

Eligibility Criteria for Swaran Jayanti Aashray Yojana
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh state.
- He / She must belong to the scheduled caste (SC) category.
- Applicant must not be a loan defaulter from any bank or lending institution.
- He / She must not own a house in their name in Himachal Pradesh or in any other part of the country.
