Haryana government has launched a new Nalka Yojana 2021 to provide tap water to rural people. In this Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Scheme, people can apply for New Nal Connection (Tap Connection). A toll free helpline number is now open to call to get tap water connection. What is Haryana Nalka Yojana 2021
Haryana Nalka Yojana is a major initiative of the state govt. to ensure that tap water reaches to each and every person who are living in rural areas. All the villages of the state will be covered under this new Tap Connection Scheme in Haryana. Every person who is residing in villages, backward areas would now be able to apply for his New Nal Connection Yojana. A similar type of scheme namely Har Ghar Nal Yojana is also being implemented at the central govt’s level. Let’s now check the process by which you can apply for new tap water connection.
Haryana Nal Connection Scheme Apply
Any person who is living in any rural area of the state can now apply for Haryana Nalka Yojana by placing a call at the toll free number. The helpline number to apply for Haryana Nal Connection Scheme is 1800-180-5678. When you place a call at the specified Nalka connection number, your request to install tap water connection in rural area will get registered. On a specified date and time, the tap connection will get installed in your home.
CM Manohar Lal Khattar made a tweet regarding Nalka Yojana in which he mentioned “ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अगर आपके घर नल नहीं लगा है या नल से जल नहीं आ रहा है, तो हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1800-180-5678 पर करें संपर्क”.
Conditions for Haryana Tap Water (Nal Jal) Connection Registration
There are 2 conditions in which you can make Haryana Nal Jal Connection registration at the toll free number:-
- Firstly if you don’t have tap connection in your residence in rural areas.
- Secondly if water is not coming from taps already installed.
Eligibility for Haryana Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Scheme
Any applicant will be eligible for Haryana Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Scheme if they fulfill the following conditions:-
- Candidate must be a permanent resident of the Haryana state.
- Applicant must be residing in any of the rural areas in the state of Haryana.
- Candidate can apply only when tap connection is not installed in their residence areas or if installed tap connection is not providing water.
