UP Farmers Registration 2021: Uttar Pradesh govt. invites UP Kisan Registration Online Form 2021 at fcs.up.gov.in to enable farmers to sell paddy of Kharif season. Now the UP farmer online registration form are available at the official food portal of Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi Adityanath has requested all the farmers to perform panjikaran as soon as possible to ensure that farmers get minimum support price (MSP) for their agriculture produce.
After filling the Kisan Registration Online Form at UP Food portal, farmers would be able to sell their agriculture produce at government procurement centers. For this season, the minimum support price (MSP) for Paddy (dhan) in Kharif Marketing Year 2021-22 is Rs. 1940 / 1960 per quintal.
Accordingly, UP Dhan Kharid e Kray Pranali is now functional and all the farmers who are interested in selling their paddy crops can now make online registration at upagripardarshi.gov.in or fcs.up.gov.in or eproc.up.gov.in/Uparjan/Home_Reg.aspx
UP Farmers Registration Online Form for Kharif Crops (Kisan Panjikaran 2021-22)
Below is the complete procedure for farmers to fill Kisan Registration online form to sell their Dhan in FY 2021-22:-
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Dept’s website at upagripardarshi.gov.in/Index.aspx
STEP 2: At this portal, scroll down to find link for “Registration for Paddy / Wheat Purchase” as shown here:-
STEP 3: It will redirect you to the official portal of Food & Civil Supplies dept. of UP at fcs.up.gov.in
STEP 4: At the homepage, click at the “खरीद हेतु किसान पंजीकरण” link or directly click this link to open the e kray pranali (crop procurement management) page as shown here:-
STEP 5: Afterwards, click at the “ धान खरीद हेतु किसान पंजीकरण” link to open link given below:-

STEP 6: There are 6 steps at this page, read instruction and then follow these steps. “स्टेप 1. नवीन पंजीकरण” page to open the online application page.

अपने किसान ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म को का ड्राफ्ट बनाने के लिए आवेदन स्टेप 3. पंजीकरण ड्राफ्ट पर जा सकते हैं और आगे के लिए अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन सुरक्षित करके रख सकते हैं:-
अगले स्टेप में किसान अपने द्वारा भरे गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को प्रिंट कर सकता है जिससे वह प्रिंट एक तरीके से किसान के लिए रेफरेंस की तरह काम करेगा। इसके लिए आवेदक को स्टेप 5. पंजीकरण फाइनल प्रिंट के सेक्शन में जाना होगा यहाँ पर मोबाइल नंबर डाल कर आगे बढ़े के बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा जिसके बाद पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ प्रपत्र खुल जाएगा जिसको आप प्रिंट या सेव कर सकते हैं।

खरीफ फसल (धान खरीद) हेतु ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने के बाद किसान भाई अपनी फसल की स्टेप 6: भुगतान हेतु बैंक स्तिथि चेक कर सकते है जिसके पेज कुछ इस प्रकार दिखाई देगा:-
