Housing Board Haryana (HBH) New Scheme has been launched at hbh.gov.in. In this scheme, HBH is organizing registration camp for EWS Flats under AHP-PMAY(U) to be constructed in Sector 67, 73, 84 and 85 in Gurugram. Housing Board Haryana will also invite online application forms for EWS Flats under Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) component of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).
These are ‘Ready to Move In’ residential flats and registration process will start on 17 August 2021. These flats are covered under AHP-PMAY (U), so one can also avail interest subsidy of 2.5 lakh under PMAY Urban. Any person belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category can apply for this golden opportunity at hbh.gov.in or at camps.
These flats under Housing Board Haryana (HBH) New Scheme will be allotted on “As is Where is” basis to the EWS category people. Interested candidates can apply for these flats between 17 August 2021 to 20 August 2021.
