Shikshakra Mitra App for teachers was launched by the Karnataka government on 28 August 2020. This new Shikshakara Mitra mobile application will enable teachers to avoid visiting education departments for their works. With the help of this Teacher Mitra Mobile App, paperwork can be done online by state teachers. People can now download Karnataka Shikshaka Mitra Mobile App from google play store through online mode.
Amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown, schools and colleges are not open. So, the teachers and students will have to wait for another month duration to go to their respective schools for work and study. Accordingly, the state govt. has launched Shikshakra Mitra App for teachers to perform their paper work online.
Teachers are already working hard from their home to provide online classes to students. Now the state govt. has reduced the additional burden of doing paperwork by enabling them to perform such work online.

This Shikshakara mobile app app was inaugurated by Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa on 28 August 2020. With this app, teachers who have been facing severe problems that were earlier done by visiting the department can now be done online. Primary and Secondary Education Minister Suresh Kumar was also present in the inauguration event.
