Himachal Pradesh govt. has started a new eUdyan Portal (www.eudyan.hp.gov.in) and E-Udyan Mobile App for horticulture (बागवानी) farmers. Now farmers can apply online and fill application form at HP E-Udyan Portal or app to get benefits of horticulture services. The process to fill Horticulture Farmer Registration form is simple and hassle free at this new Integrated Horticulture Sector Management System (IHSMS). This portal enable govt. to work as per citizen charter under Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act.
Farmers can apply online at eudyan.hp.gov.in for Horticulture services mentioned in the section later. The new E-Udyan portal and app will also provide online processing facility for officials of Department of Horticulture of Himachal Pradesh. eUdyan Portal / App will enable timely delivery of services to farmers.
eUdyan Portal will act as single window portal where farmers would be able to avail Horticulture farming service benefits while sitting at their home. Below is the complete process to make Horticulture Farmers Registration by filling application form online at the HP eUdyan Portal:-
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website at http://www.eudyan.hp.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Login / Sign Up” link present in the main menu to open the Horticulture Farmer Login page:-
STEP 3: Here new users can click at the “Sign Up” link to open the Horticulture Farmer Registration Form as shown below:-
STEP 3: Here applicants can enter personal details including aadhaar number, date of birth, mobile number, upload photo, address details and login details.

About Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project (HPHDP)
Himachal Pradesh displays strong comparative advantage & potential for producing & supplying high value horticulture commodities. The state’s agriculture is dominated by high value horticulture commodities, which account for about 44% of the cropped area and contribute about 48% of agricultural gross state domestic product (GSDP). Horticulture in HP has been responsible for many of the positive outcomes in employment, wages, and in turn, poverty reduction.
The development of horticulture in HP is envisaged with assistance of World Bank funded Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Project. HPHDP aims to support small farmers and agro-entrepreneurs in Himachal Pradesh, to increase the productivity, quality, and market access of selected horticulture commodities. बागवानी विकास विभाग का ई-उद्यान पोर्टल और मोबाइल ऐप (Hindi)
मुख्यमंत्री श्री जयराम ठाकुर जी ने आज विश्व बैंक द्वारा वित्त पोषित हिमाचल प्रदेश बागवानी विकास परियोजना के तहत ई-उद्यान पोर्टल (https://ift.tt/3f5LB1F) तथा इसी पोर्टल का मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन का शुभारंभ किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से उद्यान विभाग की विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए मैनेजमेंट इन्फार्मेशन सिस्टम तैयार किया गया है। पोर्टल में बागवानी संबंधित सभी योजनाओं की जानकारी किसानों तथा अन्य हितधारकों को आसानी से उपलब्ध होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बागवानी विकास परियोजना के तहत इस व्यवस्था से लाभार्थियों को फलों की नर्सरी का रजिस्ट्रेशन, पौधों की मांग, बागवानी से संबंधित औजार इत्यादि की मांग, कीटनाशकों की खरीद, खुम्ब के लिए कम्पोस्ट की मांग, मधुमक्खी छत्तों की मांग, सब्सिडी इत्यादि बागवानी क्षेत्र की सेवाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है।
विभाग की सुविधाओं के लिए सिंगल विंडो का कार्य करेगा पोर्टल
मुख्यमंत्री श्री जयराम ठाकुर जी ने कहा कि यह पोर्टल उद्यान विभाग के अधिकारियों के लिए भी ऑनलाइन प्रोसेसिंग की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा जिससे बागवानों को समय पर सेवाएं प्रदान करने में सुविधा होगी। यह सेवा हिमाचल प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस गारंटी एक्ट के तहत सिटीजन चार्टर के तहत कार्य करने में भी मद्दगार सिद्ध होगी। यह पोर्टल विभाग की सभी सुविधाओं के लिए सिंगल विंडो का कार्य करेगा जिससे किसान सभी सुविधाओं का लाभ घर बैठे ही उठा सकेंगे।
अधिकारियों को पोर्टल में वांछित जानकारी अपडेट करने के निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री श्री जयराम ठाकुर जी ने बागवानों से आग्रह किया कि वे इस पोर्टल का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं। उन्होंने उद्यान विभाग के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे बागवानों द्वारा वांछित जानकारी को इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से तुरन्त प्रदान करें, जिससे विभाग के कार्यालयों में लोगों की आवाजाही कम हो सकेगी और यह पोर्टल कोविड-19 महामारी के समय जारी दिशानिदेर्शों के तहत सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखने में भी अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।
प्रधानमंत्री से किया वैकल्पिक मंडी स्थापित करने का आग्रह
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्होंने विगत दिनों प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी द्वारा देश के मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ आयोजित वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग में भी दिल्ली की आजादपुर मंडी में कोरोना के अधिक मामले सामने आने के कारण इस मंडी के बार बार बंद होने से उत्पन्न स्थिति से बचने के लिए प्रदेश के बागवानों को उनके उत्पादों को बेचने के लिए वैकल्पिक मंडी स्थापित करने का आग्रह किया है ताकि प्रदेश के बागवानों को अपने उत्पाद बेचने में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो। बागवानी मंत्री श्री महेन्द्र सिंह ठाकुर जी ने हिमाचल प्रदेश बागवानी विकास परियोजना की विशेषताओं से मुख्यमंत्री का अवगत कराया।
