STEP 4: Moreover, photograph of patient with oxymeter showing SPO2 level (less tha 5 mb) / Doctor Prescription will have to be uploaded.
STEP 5: Finally, applicants can click at the “Submit” button to complete the apply online process for Door-to-Door Oxygen Re-filling System in Haryana.
