NHM Haryana Asha Pay App APK / Web Portal for Asha Workers

Asha Pay App for android smartphone users as well as web portal had been launched by Haryana government on 23 October 2020. The Health and Home Minister, Anil Vij has launched Asha Pay mobile application and web portal (nhmharyana.gov.in/ashapay/) for digital payment. It would also help in monitoring of the state’s authorized social health workers (Asha workers). All the android smartphone users can now download Asha Pay Mobile App from google playstore and can even access website through online mode.

Haryana Asha Pay App / Portal is going to benefit around 20,268 Asha workers working in the state. The home minister mentioned that Asha workers are a major strength of the department. With the help of Asha Pay App, the payment of monthly honorarium and incentive amount to Asha workers will be digital and faster. Along with the verification and acceptance of the performance, evaluation report of Asha workers will also be digital. Earlier, verification and acceptance of performance, evaluation report of Asha workers was done in person. Due to this, submission of report and payment of amount was delayed.

With the launch of Asha Pay Mobile App, the old demand of Asha workers will be fulfilled. With the help of this Asha-Pay app, the process will be fully monitored by Additional Chief Secretary and MD level officers themselves. Home Minister Vij congratulated the officers over the creation of this mobile application by the National Health Mission itself.

• ASHA Pay app provide a digital platform for ASHA Incentives Claims, Payments and Monitoring ASHA services.
• ASHA to enter daily/monthly regular activities through Android Application or Web Portal.
• ASHA can check her claimed incentive as per activities.
• Final activities to be submitted by ASHA for claiming incentive.
• ASHA can track approval & payments of her activities & incentives respectively.
• ASHA can also track her pending payments at different levels (i.e. ANM, BAC, MO).
• ASHA can track her rejected activities and reclaim deducted incentive.

The state govt. has decided that all Asha workers will be provided CUG SIMs with facility of unlimited calls. Moreover, 30 GB of 4G Internet monthly data would be given so that this process can be linked to Geo Locations soon. Through this app, Asha workers will upload their daily and monthly activities.

Asha workers will also be able to view their incentive claims and find out about the approval and payment and incentive amount. With the help of the Asha Pay web portal or app, Asha workers can even track down their pending payments at various levels. In addition to this, the information about the approval and acceptance of activities can be obtained in the Asha Pay app. Furthermore, there would also be a provision of re-submitting the rejected activities.
