Haryana CM Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana: Haryana government has announced to launch Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana from 1 April 2021. Haryana Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana 2021
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar of Haryana state on 27 February has announced that phase 1 of Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana will begin on 1 April 2021. He reiterates his commitment to uplift the poorest of the poor in the spirit of Antyodaya. The announcement of this welfare scheme was made during a state level programme organised on the occasion of 644th birthday of Guru Ravidas held at his residence.
What CM Said about Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana
Mr Khattar mentioned that teachings of great personalities such as Guru Ravidas are still relevant today. While taking inspiration from their life and teachings, the state govt. dedicately working to ensure welfare of needy people. CM mentioned that soon a unique scheme called Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Yojana would be implemented in the state. Under the scheme, efforts will be made to uplift one lakh families with low family income in the state.
As per the initial details available with Sarkari Yojana, selection of 1 lakh poor families who are residing in Haryana and are having lowest family income would be done through Parivar Pehchan Patra Portal.
What About Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Cards in Haryana
Work of making Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) cards has been accelerated. PPP cards of around 54 lakh families out of 65 lakh families have been made and those pending will soon be completed. The state govt. will ensure that the benefits of various welfare schemes being run by the government reach grassroot levels.
Increasing of Family Income in Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana
Every possible effort will be made to increase the family income of such families to atleast Rs. 8000 to Rs. 9000 per month. For this purpose, the state government will emphasise on the following things:-
- Skill development of members of such low income families
- Providing employment opportunities to the unemployed members of the family
- Providing financial assistance to families with lower income
Besides this, employment avenues will also be explored to generate employment under Mukhyamantri Parivar Utthan Yojana.
Dr. BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojna in Haryana
On the occasion, CM Khattar even announced to increase financial assistance under the Dr. BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikarn Yojna. The assistance would be raised from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 for the repair of houses belonging to the Scheduled Caste families living below the poverty line (BPL). Haryana state govt. has also announced that the BPL families belonging to any category will be able to avail the benefits of Dr. BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikarn Yojna.
Chief Minister of Haryana even mentioned that legal aid given to the Scheduled Caste has been increased to Rs 21,000 from Rs 11, 000.
Sant Mahapurush Vichar Samman and Prasaar Yojana in Haryana
Under the Sant Mahapurush Vichar Samman and Prasaar Yojana, a financial assistance from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh will be provided to the social and religious organisations for holding programmes on the birth anniversaries of the saint at the block and gram levels.
