Bihar govt. is inviting Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana 2021 online application / registration form at state.bihar.gov.in/transport. Under MGPY scheme, unemployed scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribes (ST) and extremely backward classes (EBC) people can apply online by making registration & submitting completed application form to buy vehicles at subsidized rates. The state govt. would provide financial assistance of upto Rs. 1 lakh or 50% subsidy to buy vehicles including 4 wheeler and 3 wheeler for public transport.

Through Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana, govt. aims to strengthen public transport system in rural areas and generate employment opportunities. Applications are being invited for the 8th phase of MGPY. All the interested applicants can apply online for this scheme by 8th April 2021 (last date).
Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana (MGPY) 2021 will provide better and increased connectivity between panchayats and block headquarters. The primary focus is on providing better transport facilities to general public and to provide job opportunities for unemployed SC / ST / EBC people.

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana” link as shown in the figure below:-
STEP 3: Upon clicking the link, the Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana 2021 apply online page will appear as shown below:-
STEP 4: At this page, click at the “For Apply Online (8th Phase) – Click Here” link or directly click http://164.100.37.26/MMGPY/NewRegistrationUser.aspx to open the Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana online registration form as shown below:-
STEP 5: Applicants can enter phone number, password, e-mail address, driving licence number and click at the “Register” button.
STEP 6: Afterwards, candidates can make Bihar Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana Login as shown below:-
STEP 7: Here candidates can make login using the username, password, captcha and then click at the “Log In” button.
STEP 8: Next, candidates can login to fill the Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana Online Application Form as shown below:-
STEP 9: Finally, candidates can fill all the necessary details correctly including name, address and upload their documents and click at the “Submit” button to complete the application process.
Seven people each (4 – SC/ST and 3 – EBC) from 8,400 gram panchayats would be selected as per prescribed criteria. Applicant must be at-least 21 years of age at the time of filling the application form. How Many MGPY Beneficiaries in Each Gram Panchayat
As per the official MGPY notification 2021, 7 beneficiaries would be selected from each gram panchayat. It includes 4 beneficiaries from SC / ST category while the remaining 3 would be from EBC category.
Important Dates for Mukhyamantri Gram Parivahan Yojana in Bihar
पंचायत वार आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि आठ अप्रैल तक है। आवेदन प्राप्ति के बाद 9 से दस अप्रैल तक प्रखंड स्तर पर आवेदन के आधार पर वरीयता सूची का निर्माण होगा। इसके बाद 12 अप्रैल को प्रखंड स्तरीय समिति की बैठक एवं अनुशंसा करने का कार्य किया जाएगा। 15 अप्रैल को अनुमंडल स्तरीय समिति की बैठक होगी एवं इसी तिथि को ही चयन सूची का प्रकाशन किया जाएगा। 15 से 24 अप्रैल तक आपत्ति आमंत्रण एवं 26 अप्रैल तक आपत्ति का निराकरण किया जाएगा।
27 अप्रैल को अंतिम सूची का का प्रकाशन एवं बीडीओ की ओर से चयनित लाभुकों की चयनपत्र का तामिला 27 से 30 अप्रैल तक तथा 27 अप्रैल से आवेदन समर्पित करने तथा आवेदन प्राप्ति के सात दिनों के अंदर अनुदान की राशि सीएफएमएस के माध्यम से लाभुकों के खाते में भुगतान किए जाएंगे।
