The state government of Uttarakhand has launched Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2021 on 6 February 2021. UK Deen Dayal Upadhyay Cooperative Farmers Welfare Scheme is a interest free farm loan scheme that provides loan facilities upto Rs. 3 to Rs. 5 lakh at 0% interest rates. Now small and marginal farmers can take without interest loan upto Rs. 3 lakh while farmer groups can take interest free loans upto Rs. 5 lakh.

Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana 2021 has been launched by the Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat on 6 Feb 2021. Under the scheme, 25 thousand farmers were given loans for farming as well as for fisheries, herbs, poultry, silence, etc. The debt distribution ceremony was held simultaneously at 100 places across the state.

This scheme will help in strengthening the rural economy along with check forced migration from the hills. उत्तराखण्ड दीनदयाल उपाध्याय किसान कल्याण योजना प्रक्षेपण

किसानों के हितों के लिए आपकी सरकार सदैव प्रतिबद्ध है। इसी क्रम में आज दीनदयाल उपाध्याय किसान कल्याण योजना (Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana) के तहत प्रदेश के 25 हजार किसानों को तकरीबन तीन अरब रूपए का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण वितरित किया। हमारे राज्य के किसान किसी के बरगलाने में नहीं आए, हमें अपने किसानों पर गर्व है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने बन्नू में किया वृहद कृषि ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ। 25 हजार लोगों को कृषि के विभिन्न प्रयोजनों हेतु दिये गये 03-03 लाख तक के ऋण प्रदेश के 101 स्थानों पर आयोजित किया गया कृषि ऋण वितरण का कार्यक्रम। पद्मश्री प्राप्तकर्ता श्री प्रेमचन्द्र शर्मा को मुख्यमंत्री ने किया सम्मानित। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने बन्नू स्कूल रेस कोर्स देहरादून में दीनदयाल उपाध्याय सहकारिता किसान कल्याण कृषि ऋण योजनान्तर्गत 03 लाख रूपये तक के वृहद ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ किया।

यह कार्यक्रम आज प्रदेश के सभी 95 विकासखण्डों एवं अन्य पांच स्थानों पर भी आयोजित किया गया। इस योजना के तहत 25 हजार लोगों को कृषि एवं कृषि यंत्रों, मत्स्य पालन, जड़ीबूटी उत्पादन, मुर्गी पालन कुक्कुट पालन, मौन पालन आदि प्रयोजनों हेतु ऋण वितरण किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने मुख्य कार्यक्रम में शुभारम्भ के अवसर पर 11 लाभार्थियों को 0303 लाख का चेक वितरण किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने खेती और बागवानी के क्षेत्र में सराहनीय कार्यों के लिए पद्मश्री प्राप्तकर्ता श्री प्रेमचन्द्र शर्मा को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया।

वृहद् ब्याजमुक्त ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम (Uttarakhand Interest Free Loan Distribution Programme)

आज के वृहद् ब्याजमुक्त ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम (Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana) का आयोजन 100 स्थानों पर एक साथ किया गया। प्रदेश के सभी 95 block इस कार्यक्रम के लिए चुने गए थे। 300 करोड़ के ऋण वितरण से हमारे किसान भाई बहनों को कृषि को बेहतर ढंग से करने एवं अपनी आय को दोगुना करने में मदद मिलेगी।

2017 में जब हमारी सरकार बनी थी तो हमने प्रदेश की जनता को आश्वस्त किया था कि हम भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त विकास देंगे। इस दिशा में निरंतर हमने काम किया और जिसका परिणाम आज हम सबके सामने है। चार वर्ष से भी कम समय में हमने पिछले 17 वर्षों के बराबर सड़क निर्माण किया है। मेरी अपने किसान भाई बहनों से विनती है कि इस ऋण का बेहतर इस्तेमाल करें। किसान भाई बहन ये सुनिश्चित करें कि इसके इस्तेमाल से उनकी आय मेन वृद्धि हो- आपकी संपन्नता से प्रदेश और देश संपन्न होगा। प्रदेश के 25 हजार किसानों को Rs. 3-3 लाख तथा कृषक समूहों को Rs. 5-5 लाख तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण वितरण।

Benefits of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Cooperative Farmers Welfare Scheme

The state government has informed that Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Cooperative Farmers Welfare Scheme will fulfill the vision of central government to double the farmers income by 2022. By using the Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana scheme, the interested farmers can also establish small-scale agro-based units in rural areas to improve livelihood options.

In addition to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Cooperative Farmers Welfare Scheme, hardware for computerization was also distributed to 200 multi-purpose agricultural credit cooperatives of the state. An amount of about 40 crores was spent on computerization of cooperatives. In this, 25% of the money was given through the state government. The objective is to computerize all the cooperative societies of the state by March 2021. Uttarakhand is the first such state in the country to launch Deendayal Upadhyay Sahkarita Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Where all multipurpose agricultural credit cooperatives of the state will be computerized.

The government has even constituted the Rural Development and Migration Commission to strengthen the rural economy. Uttarakhand is the 5th state in the country where the DBT scheme has been introduced under a centrally funded initiative. The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme is helping the farmer to buy fertilizers. The subsidy is going directly to the bank account of the farmer.
