Telangana Non Agricultural Property Registration online slot booking started at registration.telangana.gov.in. The registration of non agriculture properties was earlier stopped on 8 September and had been resumed from 14 December 2020. The one stop portal for registration of all properties in the state is now operational. In this article, we will tell you about the complete apply online process to book slot online for Non Agriculture Property Registration in Telangana.
Telangana Non Agricultural Property Registration
The official website registration.telangana.gov.in can be used for online slot booking with date and time for Telangana Non-Agricultural Property Registration. The service of non-agriculture property registration can also be availed at Meeseva Centres for Rs. 200. Although each sub-registrar office can be allotted 100 slots per day, for now only 24 slots per day are being allowed. Here is how you can book slot for Telangana Non Agriculture Property Registration.

Here is the complete process for online slot booking for Telangana Non Agriculture Property Registration:-
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website of Registration & Stamps Department, Telangana govt. at http://registration.telangana.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Click Here for Slot Booking for Non Agriculture Property Registration” section as shown here:-
STEP 3: Then the Citizen Registration website for Non Agricultural Property Registration will appear as shown below:-
STEP 4: At this page, click at the “Book Your Slot” to open the Citizen Login for Telangana Non Agricultural Property Registration page.
STEP 5: At the opened page, click at the “Register Here” link to open the Telangana Non Agricultural Property Registration Online Slot Booking page.
STEP 6: Enter the name and mobile number and click at the “Get OTP” button. After entering OTP, click at the “Register” button.
STEP 7: After successful registration, hit at the “Click Here to Login” tab to make Citizen login using mobile number and password (sent at registered mobile number) as shown in STEP 4 and STEP 5 earlier.
STEP 8: Then change the automatically generated password by entering the new password and clicking at the “Update Password” button as shown below:-
STEP 9: After updating the password, hit at the “Click Here to Login Again” button to go to the Online Slot Booking page. Here several options are present such as Slot Booking, Apply without Aadhaar, Apply PTIN/tPIN for Plot, Apply For PTIN/tPIN for Property, Issues Tracker as shown below. Here click at the Slot Booking tab:-
STEP 10: Upon selecting the Slot Booking option, the page where Telangana Non Agricultural Property Registration Slot Booking Form is present will appear as shown below. Here applicants will have to enter the Transaction Type Details:-
STEP 11: Here enter details such as transaction type, transaction sub-type, property type, local body type and click at the “Save and Continue” button.
Then complete the process by filling all the details asked in the next section to book your slot online for Non-agriculture property.

- Telangana Property Identification Number (TPIN), or
- Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Those who do not have these identification numbers can contact their gram panchayats, municipalities, municipal corporations, for these to be generated within two working days. With these 2 numbers, people can apply PTIN / TPIN for plot or property as mentioned in STEP 9 above.
Uploading New Properties for Builders / Real Estate Properties
For builders and real estate developers, a separate window has been created enabling them to upload new properties in bulk. Till date, 451 builders and developers have uploaded details of 93,874 properties. Once a slot is booked through online payment or by paying challans on SBI, details on the location of sub-registrar office will be sent via SMS. All land registration processes were put on hold in Telangana on 8 September 2020 with the TRS govt’s rollout of Dharani.
This Dharani portal is a one-stop portal for land transfer, update and registration. The initiative ran into trouble over data collection. The Telangana High Court directed the stamps and registration department to not collect details such as Aadhaar and caste details of land buyers and sellers. The portal for registering non-agricultural lands was meant to be part of the Dharani portal. This merger has been deferred due to the court case.
